Customer service was great. I was late for my appointment and Amanda was not in the least bit bothered by it. She treated me kindly and professionally. She still got me in and and quickly for my 30k mile service in my Atlas.

First, we weren’t in a hurry to buy a new car. We went to Terry’s to look at the VW Atlas for 3 days before buying and ended up upgrading. The service from our sales rep, Adam, was outstanding. No pressure and provided us with lots of information on the car.
