Service mechanic thoroughly inspected our vehicle to find the problem, but the symptoms did not duplicate. Rather than performing unnecessary service, we were provided an honest answer and picked up the car. Thank you, Terry Volkswagen!

The best customer service, hands down! I made an appointment here for the first time after having an uncooperative experience with Roanoke Volkswagen—and the drive from Roanoke was 100% worth it! From being warmly greeted at the front door and shown where to go, to Amanda being so kind and helpful, every part of the experience was great. Even our shuttle driver was amazing—he dropped us off downtown for lunch while we waited. They kept me updated throughout my service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be making the trip again for any future services on my Volkswagen!

Phone system is terrible, but after an hour of trying to communicate with the service writer, and finally working with a human, the remainder of the service was great.
