Appointment was pretty swift, I did have the technician ask where the lug key was (only to find out when I got home it was in the trunk where it meant to be housed) and I also had to clear my own service reminder on my vehicle for the next oil change service. Not significant except it was a few YouTube videos later when this could of easily been done while completing my $100 oil change. Just minor attention to details that make the smallest difference in quality.

It took almost a month to get a new fuel pump for my 2025 atlas from VW. Other fuel pump sources for VW fuel pumps were available. Service department said part had to come from VW because it was a warranty issue. I was without my new car for 25 days.

When I left the service area I went to my vehicle. The parking lot where you put my vehicle was not cleared of frozen ice and snow. I almost fell three times walking to my vehicle. I walked slowly and I do use a cane. Please do a better job of clearing the parking lot.
