Service reps were very friendly and tried to be helpful, but overall the cost of service is high. To have to pay almost $200.00 to have my key fobs reprogrammed, and they're not fully, properly programmed, it seems, is insane to me. Physical keys are cheaper and never need to be reprogrammed. If I must purchase a car with a fob, programming should be a complimentary service.
